You can request account deletion by contacting the Mahjong Face support team. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to send an email request.
1. Send your request
Email support@mahjongface.com with the subject Mahjong Face account deletion. Include your player ID and nickname, and tell us that you want your account and associated personal information deleted. If possible, use an email address associated with the account.
Do not send passwords, session tokens, full payment-card details or copies of identity documents in your initial message. We may ask for information necessary to verify account ownership through an appropriate support process.

If your version of Mahjong Face provides a Delete Account option in Settings, you may also start the process there. Follow the confirmation and any waiting period or recovery deadline shown by the application. If you cannot find that option or cannot access your account, use the email method above.
3. What deletion covers
Deletion covers the account and associated personal information, subject to verification and applicable retention requirements. Account sign-in access and linked identities are removed or disabled, and profile information is deleted or de-identified as applicable. You may lose access to game progress, social connections and virtual items associated with that account.
We may retain limited game, transaction, security, moderation, dispute or backup records where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, service integrity or other lawful purposes. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription or guarantee a refund; manage subscriptions through the store where they were purchased.
